My name is Chuck Thomas, I'm retired and serve as host of this 'activist website. This website is no place for those who feel, someone else should fix their problems concerning bad government. You will also not be asked for money, just for your help. This 'help' can come in several ways.

The Website will highlight both good & bad Legislation and provide HOT LINKS to the issues, BILLS & legislators involved;

-You can go with us to the Legislature and testify for or against Legislation.

 

-You can call, write or e-mail the Legislators, 'your contact' will make the difference on weather we win or lose.

 

There are 'many' websites cussing & discussing World problems, but few like this one that provides options to participate in setting things right.......

 

In most cases, the solution simply requires a determined group of angry and abused Citizens, armed with the facts and a resolution to the problem. We all have different personalities and ways of dealing with issues, the important thing is not to undermine fellow other's individual efforts to restore Representative Government. 

 

EXAMPLE ; In this week's Legislative Hearings, a little over a hundred 'mostly seniors' are fighting the exorbitant high Property Taxes that Idaho's flawed EMINENT DOMAIN & FORCED ANNEXATION LAWS have burdened Taxpayers with.

 

LIVE WITH INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCES; When I catch a Fox stealing my chickens, I refer to the thief as a Fox... 

Some find pointing fingers at the guilty party a bit 'too direct', preferring to simply state, some creature appears to be making our chickens disappear. Either way, 'winning' requires we stick together.

 

If you're a senior citizen like myself on a fixed income, it's clear we're getting hit the hardest by high Property Taxes and the task of cleaning up government corruption lies mostly on our shoulders.

There's no way possible for our employed children to take-off the time, required to rid our State & Local governments of political prostitutes.

I've spent about twenty years dealing with various political issues, where Public Officials and Agencies who were side-ways with some of our most basic Constitutional Rights. Unfortunately, we citizens are being forced to sparing with 'our employees', over control over 'the pecking order' on issues and have had to develop very thick skins in the process.

We have become 'very wary' of any who say, I'm from the government and I'm here to help you.................

We are only as strong as we allow ourselves to be, in unfamiliar issues, we need to rely on each others backgrounds and strong points to win back Representative Government and our Voting Rights in Growth, Property Rights & Tax issues.

The evidence and opinions contained in this website come from myself, members of  Citizens for Annexation Reform, and members of Neighborhood Associations throughout Idaho.

Any group that supports Ethics Reform and restoration of our often challenged Constitutional Rights as American's, is welcomed to take part... Those on the 'other-side', will obviously be more comfortable in other surroundings.

Citizens for Annexation Reform members, have made great personal sacrifices and expense, for citizens throughout Idaho, by challenging the Constitutionality of Idaho's detested FORCED ANNEXATION LAW .

This Case is currently pending decision in the Federal Ninth District Court. Our State's Constitutionally flawed EMINENT DOMAIN LAW allows Corporate & Political corruption ,to force Taxpayers into subsidizing infrastructures for Developer's 'private' business ventures. 

More corrupt Legislation Bills are currently being proposed, to increase Developer's access to Taxpayer's dollars.

 

All other States charge Developers 'appropriate' IMPACT FEES, holding them financially responsible for the burdens their Developments place on nearby Community Services, Schools, Fire & Police Protection, etc. Developers recover the Impact Fees upon sale of properties within their Developments. 

Hoards of Developers dodging Impact-Fee responsibilities, has created a LAND SPECULATOR FEEDING FRENZY throughout much of Idaho and is directly responsible for our outrageous Property Tax Increases.

 

The Corporate corruption responsible for keeping Forced Annexation Law in force, is Idaho's powerful REALTOR, DEVELOPER & CONTRACTOR CARTEL.  The Cartel maintains control over 50% of our Legislators and many in local Governments throughout our State. The Legislative 'Voting Records', serve as 'hard' evidence of this corruption.

Thousands of Idaho's County residents, have had their dreams, homes and Property Rights Taken by Developers & their Political cronies. All under the guise of making 'better' public use of your property.

The website provides you with HOT LINKS to evidence of Cartel corruption, Political Conflicts of Interest and Voting Records of Politicians Statewide that have betrayed their Oaths of Office and the trust of their constituents. Half of the battle, is identifying those responsible.
